In May 2014, after experiencing years of negative interactions with women, Andromeda decided to turn her pain into power and do her part to create a space for positive women to connect and collaborate by founding Women By Choice, a global network that encourages support and sisterhood among women. As an empowerment coach, girl power advocate, author of She Wins: The Ultimate Guide for Women to Gain a Winning Mindset and Lead a Winning Lifestyle, and motivational speaker, Andromeda hosts and speaks at events around the world for the purpose of empowering women to manifest the life they deserve and live up to their full potential. As she has a heart for seeing women do and be their best, she shares daily motivational messages with thousands of women on social media in an effort to encourage women to unite and live their best lives. Included among the many professional speaking engagements on her resume, Andromeda was a panelist on the Millenial She-E-O Panel for the Tampa Bay Business Journal Biz Women Summit. Sierra Rainge- Jones is a growth enthusiast who believes wholeheartedly that our dreams are visions from God that act as a snapshot of what's possible for our lives. Through life challenge and adversity she has learned the transformative power of pain and how it pushes us closer to our purpose.
Sierra earned her B.S in psychology from the Florida A & M University and was later admitted into Pepperdine University where she pursued a masters in educational psychology.
Sierra's experience with and passion for overcoming adversity, her ability to inspire growth, and her go getter, no matter what persona opened the door for entrepreneurship.

Stacey J. is the epitome of the entrepreneurial spirit.
Stacey J. is a media personality and entrepreneur whose goal
is to empower women worldwide. In addition to founding
LIVE365 Empowerment, she is also host of LIVE365 TV, an
online TV show that interviews thought leaders, celebrities and industry professions. Stacey J. is also Former Associate Producer for The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
She has been recognized for her work and has been featured in Sheen Magazine, as well as numerous TV and radio shows like WATC TV-57’s Atlanta Live as well as her own talk show “The Social Enthusiast” on Comcast TV. In 2014, she was honored with a proclamation for her work in the community and in 2015 she won the Atlanta’s Empowering Business Award presented by Boss News Magazine.
Stacey J.’s choice of work stems from her deeply rooted desire to help create change in the lives of others. Women who are stuck, frustrated and overwhelmed with the many demands of life. In 2014, her father passed away but while he was transitioning he spoke just a few words that were so powerful to her. He told her to “stop waiting for the right time to live and live now!” That is how LIVE365 Empowerment was birthed.
Currently based in Atlanta, GA, Stacey J. has her hand in a few projects across the city and is best known for her work with helping women to create balance between their personal and professional lives. Her goal is to educate and empower divorced, single mothers and entrepreneurs to become the women they desire to be. Through her organization, Stacey J. encourages, educates, and provides resources for today’s modern woman to sharpen her skills in the areas such as faith, family, fitness, finance fun and business!
First Lady Leaphart was born Synetra Evette
Howard on July 14, 1965. She was reared in
Atlanta, Georgia by her parents, the late Bishop
John D. Howard and Missionary Johnnie Lee
Howard. Her parents nurtured her in the ways of
righteousness at a very young age. She
graduated in the top 10% of her class from D.M.
Therrell High School where she was Homecoming
Queen and very active in several activities during
her tenure there. Her post-graduate studies
include, but are not limited to, an Associate
Degree in Accounting from Atlanta Area
Technical College, as well as certificates in other
professional training. She continued to grow
professionally during her employment with Georgia State government.
She has been the proud wife of Pastor Richard Leaphart since October, 1988, and mother of
Senora and Rachel, as well as fraternal mother/aunt of Maurita and Menyada Johnson. She
accepted the Lord at the age of 16 and has endeavored to be faithful and to love the Lord with
all her heart, mind and strength.
She co-labored with her husband to found New Hope Christian Ministries in July, 2001. The
Lord has inspired her to develop several ministries within New Hope, to include: My Sister – My
Keeper, New Member Services, and a number of other ministries. At New Hope, First Lady
Leaphart serves as Chairperson of the My Sister, My Keeper Ministry. She walks fervently
beside her husband, assisting him in all his endeavors. She is a constant source of great
strength, love and empowerment to others. Her Godly and positive influence has brought
many to Christ. She exemplifies the gift of wisdom and knowledge in both the body of Christ as
well as the world. Her complete dedication and unselfish service reflect the blessed hope of
Jesus Christ for the church.

Shannon Denean is a writer, women’s empowerment speaker, community
advocate, budding entrepreneur, and the voice behind ShannonDenean.com ,
a weekly blog that empowers women to push through and get the most out of
life. The Atlanta native is currently employed as a Claims Analyst with AIG
Insurance. Shannon also serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Peachtree Papers,
the quarterly publication of the Junior League of Atlanta. She is a proud
member of Bulldawg Nation and graduated from the University of Georgia with
a degree in Journalism. She later continued her education at Walden
University, graduating with a marketing-focused Masters of Business
Administration. Most recently, Shannon recently received her Junior Software
Developer certification from Tech Talent South.
When she’s not working or writing, Shannon is working hard to make the
world a better place. For the past 15 years she has served the Atlanta
community in several leadership capacities with the Junior League of
Atlanta, Inc. and also as President of the Board of Directors for Sporty Girls,
Inc. For the past 4 years, Shannon has been a committed volunteer and
advocate with Wellspring Living for Girls, an organization that provides a
safe haven for survivors of sex trafficking. In 2017, Shannon won the title of
Mrs. Georgia Plus America and has used her reign to bring awareness in the
fight against commercial sex trafficking and child exploitation.
Shannon and her husband Jorome are the proud parents of Matthew (or,
as he is known on the internet, KidWonderful), their rambunctious, funny,
bright, demanding, opinionated 4 year-old and her two bonus children
JaDarius and Maya.
